DELIVERY & RETURNS POLICY

DELIVERY POLICY

A delivery fee of 10% of the value of the goods will be charged on all orders above R 1000-00. A fixed delivery fee of R 100-00 will be charged on all orders under R 1000-00. This applies for all major centres in South Africa. Delivery to outlying areas may incur an additional delivery fee or special arrangements may apply. Someone from our On-Line Sales Team will advise should this be the case.


Wheeliebin.co.za shall aspire to have all orders delivered within 5-7 working days of the order being received.  Delivery to outlying areas may take a few days longer. Delivery takes place between 9am and 5pm from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. The delivery times may vary depending on factors beyond our control.  Stock availability may also influence delivery time, although every effort is made to ensure stock availability at all times.

RETURNS POLICY

We have a 7-day return policy after delivery, if you are not completely satisfied with our products, we would be happy to exchange them, or alternatively refund your money, provided the original invoice is supplied and the product is returned in its original state.


No refunds on sale or promotional products will be accepted. All refunds will be done via EFT. When returning defective products please email sales@wheeliebin.co.za or onlinesales@wheeliebin.co.za to notify us thereof with the invoice number and reason for return.  Wheeliebin.co.za may request pictures of the defective product. If the product is found to be defective, the customer is entitled to either a refund via EFT or to have the product exchanged for a new product. Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be returned to you at your own cost.
